Throughout his career in User Experience (UX) design, Data Products, and AI Innovation, Stefan observed a growing "Intelligence Gap": while multinational corporations leverage enterprise-grade AI and analytics to dominate markets, Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) are often left behind due to prohibitive costs and technical complexity.
